Chef: Jen Greenhaugh – Over 20 years in professional kitchens. Jen has recently been guest chef on BBC Radio 2 Sara Cox show.
Join us for “Pig in an Evening!” A butchery masterclass where you’ll immerse yourself in the art of pork preparation. The evening will commence with a complimentary drink, followed by an impressive demonstration on butchering half a pig. You’ll learn to tackle all the tasty bits: joints, steaks, shoulder, belly, and chops.
As the night progresses, anticipate engaging discussions and the opportunity to pick the brains of our butcher and chef. Finally enjoy a mouth-watering pork dinner showcasing our chef’s culinary skills.
By the end of the event, you will leave equipped with newfound butchery skills, delicious pork recipes, a full belly and £20 worth of your very own cut of pork to impress your family and friends.
